Aspects of Espresso Preparation

To make espresso, Lit uses either the geyser coffee maker principle or pressure-based extraction like in professional machines. To prepare it, place the lower part into the cup, making sure water is filled up to the blue mark. Put coffee into the lower chamber and cover with the upper part. Then close the thermos lid and heat the water according to the recipe.

For a better, more professional result, activate carbonation in the first mode while pressing the upper cup into the drinking position.
This method treats coffee with pressurized water, eliminating bitterness in the taste.

To carbonate drinks, attach the special carbonation module. Once installed, set the valve to the open position. There are two carbonation modes: mild and strong

It’s important to follow storage conditions for drinks. Most should be stored with the lid closed at +2 to +8 °C. Higher storage temperatures are acceptable for strong alcoholic beverages and wine. Drinks treated with heat and with minimal oxygen in the thermos preserve better.

For blending hard ingredients, make sure the chunks are no more than 20–25 mm in diameter. Larger pieces will reduce blending efficiency and timing. To ensure even blending, keep the consistency fluid and not too thick
